We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and collaborative interior design leader with 10+ years of experience to join Mithun. As the first Interior Designer based in our Los Angeles office, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and grow our local interiors practice—bringing design vision, leadership, and mentorship as the team expands. You’ll engage in all phases of design, collaborating with our Los Angeles design team and interior design colleagues in San Francisco and Seattle to create thoughtful, innovative environments that connect people to place through intentional and memorable experiences. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of project typologies spanning workplace, hospitality, cultural (museums and public engagement), educational (K–12, higher education, and student life), and housing (urban multi-family, affordable, and student). We currently collaborate in the office Monday through Thursday. Fridays can be in-office or WFH for most roles.
