About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to implement design guidelines that support brand identity and enhance workplace culture. The role involves selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), finishes, and other design elements, while partnering with external teams to ensure aesthetic and functional requirements are met. You will work closely with real estate and project management teams to develop conceptual design packages for presentation to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Revit, Interior Design, and Furniture Design.
  • Experience in selecting and implementing furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable design codes, including ADA.
  • Strong presentation skills, collaborative approach, problem-solving skills, and strong communication.

Nice To Haves

  • NCIDQ certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

  • Implement design guidelines that support brand identity.
  • Select and implement furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes.
  • Partner with external teams to meet design solutions' aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with real estate and project management teams to develop conceptual design packages.
  • Ensure designs align with budgetary constraints and strategic objectives.
  • Develop long-term design strategies for customer-facing and employee-focused environments.
  • Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture, productivity, and brand representation.
  • Create and set foundation, guidelines, and standards for future products.
  • Represent the Corporate Real Estate team in client meetings, both internally and externally.
