About The Position
Norwood Furniture is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have a passion for home furnishings, interior design, and customer interaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a career in the home furnishings and design industry. As an Interior Design Sales Consultant, you will work in a beautiful showroom that features a vast and unique selection of home furnishings and accessories, including custom window treatments, bedding, and carpeting. The role involves not only selling furniture but also helping customers create their ideal living spaces by providing expert advice on design and furnishings. You will receive comprehensive training that covers the fundamentals of furniture sales and interior design, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this field. The position offers a minimum base salary of $50,000 per year, with the potential to earn significantly more through commissions, with realistic earnings potential ranging from $60,000 to over $100,000 annually. Additionally, there is an option for a 4-day work week after you have completed your training. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, have an eye for design, and are excited about helping customers find the perfect pieces for their homes.
