About The Position

Quorum Architects, Inc. is seeking an Interior Design Project Manager to oversee various projects from concept to completion. This role involves collaborating with a Principal or Architectural Project Manager to interpret and execute conceptual designs while ensuring project requirements and objectives are met. The position requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interior design and a keen eye for detail, creativity, and sound judgment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in interior design, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Enscape, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, signage, art, and color schemes.
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

• Professionally licensed by the National Council for Interior Design or working towards licensure.
• Creative talent and imagination in design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Principal or Architectural Project Manager to interpret and execute conceptual designs.
• Manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Specify furniture and artwork for various market sectors.
• Meet with architects, clients, consultants, contractors, and developers to discuss project requirements.
• Visit job sites to ensure design intent is being followed and to address any issues that arise.
• Research and stay updated on industry changes, trends, and best practices.
• Visualize and sketch design plans in compliance with regulatory environments and building codes.
