About The Position
The Interior Design Manager is responsible for the selection, coordination and installation of all interior decorative elements for Ralph Lauren Architecture and Design Studio. This role involves creating inspiration boards that illustrate design concepts, presenting decorative concepts to the head of the department for approvals, sourcing and selecting decorative items, and tracking these items from point of purchase through delivery. The manager will collaborate with architects, store design teams, merchants, and visual presentation teams on space design, fixture development, and installations. Additionally, the role includes archiving decorative materials, maintaining project records and specifications, managing new store decorative installations and renovations both on-site and virtually, creating and maintaining budgets, and negotiating costs with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost effectiveness.
