The Interior Design Drafter & Procurement Coordinator at Go Maverick Group is a full-time role focused on transforming properties into luxury homes. This position involves utilizing CAD software for design drawings and managing procurement processes, ensuring that projects transition smoothly from design to execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Principal Designer and manage finishing materials while adhering to project timelines and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to create professional design drawings for various spaces, including detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Collaborate with the Principal Designer to visualize and render design concepts effectively.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs and project challenges.
• Present design intent documents and ideas clearly using strong communication and organizational skills.
• Visit job sites to verify that designs are being executed properly.
• Create finishing material schedules and organize incoming and outgoing materials for projects.
• Order specified finishing materials and coordinate with specialty vendors for product deliveries.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a drafting program like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Portfolio demonstrating capabilities in renderings, elevations, and detailed floor plans.
• Experience traveling to on-site locations for construction measurements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
