Requirements

  • Design Passion: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or related field) or equivalent experience. Recent grads and seasoned pros welcome!
  • Sales Savvy: Proven ability to connect with clients and close sales in a consultative, relationship-focused environment.
  • Tech Forward: Comfortable with digital floor planning, 3D/AR/VR visualization tools, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong listening, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated to build your business, manage your time, and exceed goals.
  • Flexible & Reliable: Full-time, on-site role including weekends. Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Consult: Collaborate with clients in-store, online, and in their homes to create personalized, functional, and beautiful spaces.
  • Drive Sales: Present Ethan Allen’s full range of products and services, guiding clients from inspiration to installation.
  • Build Relationships: Develop a loyal client base through exceptional service, community networking, and social media engagement.
