About The Position
Ethan Allen Retail, Inc. is seeking experienced Interior Designers for our Marlton and Princeton New Jersey teams. As a vertically integrated manufacturer and retailer of home furnishings and accessories, we are the interior design destination for our clients and the Architecture and Design trade community. The ideal candidate is driven, works well in a team environment, and is passionate about design and sales. This full-time position requires working on-site and includes weekends. The role involves creating individualized design solutions using Ethan Allen products and services, with responsibilities including space planning, fabric coordination, product selection, and overall residential project design. Success is measured by performance in teamwork, customer service, communication, decision making, project development, presentation, and technical skills.
