About The Position

The Interim Trauma Program Manager will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the Level II Trauma Center. The Interim Manager will oversee approximately 10+ FTEs and will collaborate closely with members of both the ED and Trauma departments. This leader will be required to complete assessments, chart reviews, case reporting, and will make recommendations for process improvement as necessary. Seeking a hands-on trauma and/or ED leader who will have an approachable but firm delivery method and who will bring extensive clinical leadership experience. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Active RN license is required.
