Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
  • Critical thinking and strategic partnerships.
  • 2-3 years of retail management experience required, beauty industry preferred.
  • Advanced authority and expertise in successful retail team leadership required.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate consistent team and individual communication to ensure collective knowledge among team members and business partners.
  • Share the brand vision and business challenges, empowering the team while holding them accountable to high standards.

  • Analyze the business, develop strategies to drive KPI success, and create store-level event strategies to drive sales.
  • Utilize coaching skills and performance management to involve direct reports in their own success.
  • Build relationships in the area to plan for and recruit top talent, including succession planning.
  • Execute all operational tasks proficiently, advocating for knowledge-sharing and teamwork.
  • Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of beauty products and continuously update knowledge on the latest trends.
  • Offer tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences.
  • Drive sales through effective communication of product benefits and promotions.
  • Assist in stock management and maintain an organized store environment.
  • Participate in and occasionally lead in-store beauty workshops.
  • Collect customer feedback on products and services for continuous improvement.
