About The Position

A healthcare organization near Dallas, Texas is seeking an Interim Radiology Director to lead a dynamic radiology department within a large healthcare environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will oversee a team of approximately 15 FTEs. Key responsibilities include providing both administrative oversight and hands-on support across multi-modality imaging services, managing departmental operations, timekeeping, onboarding, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will hold multi-modality imaging certifications and have proven experience leading radiology teams. They must be highly organized, patient-focused, and adaptable to evolving priorities. Excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
