We are seeking an Interim Program Director to join our team and oversee the operations of the Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus. The individual in this key position will oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the campus, including creation and implementation of all necessary policies and procedures and management level staffing at the campus, collaborate with state and local transportation resources and the Easterseals’ Transportation Department, and oversee Campus partners, guests and volunteers. Additional responsibilities include: Coordinate with Easterseals’ IT, Finance, Marketing and Communications, and Human Resources Departments to ensure efficient operations of the campus mission. Recruit Veteran Services Organizations to provide services on the campus. Prepare and execute Memorandums of Understanding outlining responsibilities of campus staff and VSO staff as it relates to the provision of services to clients on the campus. Ensure that Veteran Service Organizations who operate within the Hub of Services or in the Retreat Center have the resources and supports they need to provide high quality services to clients. Ensure that stakeholder experience on the campus is of the highest quality. Employ methods of gathering and analyzing feedback from all campus stakeholders and establish processes to utilize this data to make informed programmatic and operational decisions. Ensure that facility programs and services are in compliance with company policies and procedures, contractual obligations, accreditation standards, licensing requirements, and state and federal laws Identify, assess, and inform agency leadership of internal and external issues and present plans for their resolution Represent the campus at events and with the media as determined appropriate by the Easterseals Communications Department. Create a culture of mutual respect and trust amongst staff, community partners, residents, guests and all other stakeholders Assure that the mission, program and services are consistently presented with a strong, positive image to various audiences and stakeholders. Collaborate with Veterans Count to ensure consistent messaging and seamless delivery of services. Collaborate with the Easterseals Development team in fundraising efforts.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant management experience
  • Experience in program development and program management
  • Demonstrated success in leading people and aligning an organization around a shared vision
  • Demonstrated success in strategic and financial planning, and positioning the organization in the marketplace to achieve its goals
  • Able to effectively represent the interests of the organization across various audiences and with the media as determined appropriate by the Easterseals Communications Department.
  • Demonstrated expertise with cultural competency for the Military and Veteran population preferred.
