Men's Residential and Detox or 890 Residential Services is a program of HealthRIGHT 360 that serves male-identifying clients. This program has approximately 105 beds and provides residential treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) for up to 90 days. Clients are supported by a team of behavioral health professionals who provide counseling and education for substance abuse disorders, life skills, as well as individual and group therapy. The Program Director is responsible for overseeing and implementing residential behavioral health program services, clinical activities, and staffing to ensure program compliance with contracts and licensing regulations for the 115-bed residential substance use disorder treatment program at 890 Hayes Men's Residential program. The Program Director sets the clinical tone, utilizing trauma-informed, client-centered, gender-responsive, evidence-based, and harm reduction approaches. Coordinates with other departments within and outside of the agency to ensure that client needs are being met in support of health and recovery.
