About The Position

Monarch Healthcare Management will maintain a Interim Nurse Lead position to provide temporary coverage to Monarch facilities in a time of need. It is our intent to maintain the highest level of nursing services with knowledgeable, well-trained caring staff. Travel may be a requirement for this position.

Requirements

• Must have a valid nursing license (RN or LPN) to practice in Minnesota
• Must have a valid Basic Life Support certification.
• Must have experience in nursing administration at a LTC facility for a least a year
• Complete all required e-learning courses by course deadline.
• Abide by Monarch's Attendance & Punctuality Policy located in the Employee Handbook.
• Abide by Monarch's policies and procedures.
• Travel and flexibility are required as needed to meet scheduling requirements.
• A Interim Nurse Lead will not work overtime without prior approval from the facility administrator.

Responsibilities

• Agree to be a part of the facility on-call rotation while holding a nursing facility leadership position.
• Employees will be offered assignments to be based at sites as a facility nursing leader to cover an open position when the need arises.
• The length of the assignment will be agreed upon in advance.
• Understand and agree to not work more than 1560 hours in a 12-month period.
