Join a New Mexico medical center as their next Interim Manager, Total Rewards! The Interim Manager of Total Rewards will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department. The Interim Manager will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including payroll change projects, open enrollment, and compensation/benefits improvements. This leader will review current processes, identify areas for improvement and work to implement solutions. This leader will also mentor and provide leadership to staff. Ideal candidates will be collaborative leaders who will develop, maintain, and foster positive working relationships and will lead onboarding and training initiatives throughout the department. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
