Requirements

• Proven experience working in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) with a Business Office background.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of an assisted living residence.
• Supervising staff and ensuring quality assurance.
• Training staff and providing direct resident care as needed.
