An Interim Lab Director is needed to lead laboratory operations and ensure regulatory compliance during a leadership transition. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this leader will oversee a team of 14 FTEs. Key responsibilities include maintaining operational stability, overseeing lab services (including blood bank and microbiology send-outs), and supporting preparations for an upcoming regulatory re-survey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MLT or MT work, proven director-level leadership, and prior interim experience. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and adaptable to changing needs. Excellent communication skills are essential. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
