The nursing leader for the Department of Women's and Infants' Services (WIS) is responsible for operations, program planning, and strategy development. The position is accountable for the quality of nursing care delivered, planning, organizing, leading, and evaluating the nursing services within all departments within WIS. Additionally, responsible for fiscal management, development of short and long-term goals for nursing service, management of nursing staff, and providing nursing leadership in formulating and implementing objectives in alignment with the hospital's strategic plan and annual goals. Represents Sibley's mission to both the hospital and the community. Develops and implements a comprehensive, accessible service line with a reputation for outstanding quality and service excellence.
