Requirements
- Active RN License (Georgia or eligible for reciprocity)
- Proven Nursing Leadership (DON, ADON, Nurse Manager, or equivalent)
- Behavioral Health Experience in an inpatient psychiatric or residential setting (required)
- BSN required
- 5+ years RN experience
- 2–3+ years progressive nursing management
Nice To Haves
- MSN or mental health nursing specialty preferred
- 1–2+ years behavioral health RN experience preferred
