About The Position
Interim Maternal Child Director Reports to the Chief Nurse Executive and oversees 137 FTEs across LDRP and NICU Approximately 240 C-sections annually within a comprehensive maternal child program Focus on staffing stabilization, schedule integrity, and reducing vacancy/turnover impact Lead team engagement efforts including visibility, rounding, communication, and culture reset Provide clinical operations and quality oversight to maintain safe staffing, audit readiness, and high reliability standards About Us Hireup places healthcare professionals in interim leadership and executive search opportunities with the top healthcare systems.
