Job Summary: The Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides financial leadership and oversight for the organization during a transitional period. This role manages financial operations, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and supports executive decision-making. The Interim CFO oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance. This position is responsible for maintaining financial stability and supporting the transition to a permanent CFO. This role will work a sporadic and fluctuating schedule. Job Duties: Manages all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Oversees preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports Develops and implements financial policies, procedures, and internal controls Manages cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and supports external audits Advises leadership on financial strategy and risk management Leads and mentors finance team members Coordinates with other departments to support organizational objectives Presents financial results and recommendations to executive leadership Supports transition planning and knowledge transfer to permanent CFO Other duties as required
