Our client, a nearly $100M private equity backed construction services company, needs a Private Equity experienced Interim CFO to lead finance and accounting during a critical transition period. The ideal candidate will bring discipline, credibility, and hands-on leadership to stabilize reporting, support integration of recent acquisitions, and restore lender confidence. This role is ideal for a seasoned private equity interim finance executive with a strong command of financial operations in construction services, M&A integration, and reestablishing lender confidence.
