About The Position
Interim Cardiovascular Center Clinical Nurse Manager Located outside of Boston, MA High-volume procedural unit supporting Interventional Radiology and cardiac services Mix of procedures including IR, pacemakers, and hybrid vascular cases across multiple service lines Oversees 40 FTEs including RNs, techs, and support staff Union facility (MNA), experience with labor environments preferred Focus on daily operations, workflow optimization, and improving scheduling coordination Strong, collaborative team in place with charge nurses and educators providing support About Us Hireup places healthcare professionals in interim leadership and executive search opportunities with the top healthcare systems. Requirements
- Procedural background (Cardiovascular, Interventional Radiology, or Cath Lab) required
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
