Our client, a growing technology company, is seeking a Billing Operations Transformation Lead to help lead change and process improvements across their revenue operations function. This role offers the opportunity to modernize legacy billing practices, build scalable systems, and work closely with executive leadership to shape the future of revenue operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, operational rigor, and a passion for transformation. This is a hybrid role based in the Bay Area - candidates should expect to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies across billing and revenue operations
  • Oversee day-to-day billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Lead revenue assurance efforts and support ongoing clean-up initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local billing regulations
  • Develop and coach the billing team to adopt new systems and best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to present insights and recommendations for scalable improvements
  • Support technology integrations and billing system upgrades
  • 8+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or related areas in a tech or software environment
  • Proven experience leading transformation and process improvement in billing/revenue operations
  • Hands-on expertise with billing systems; SFDC CPQ and RevPro/RevRight experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, operational mindset
