About The Position

As part of our continuous company expansion, we have opportunities available to become part of our Richco application team. Richco believes in offering our clients our own application team; giving us a competitive edge by providing a "single source" service to our customers. We are looking for an experienced flooring installer to assist with our flooring installations projects.

Requirements

• Vast experience with stamped overlay installations and/or epoxy resin flooring systems
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team
• Willingness to be flexible on working location, primarily in the Orlando area but may include out-of-state work

Responsibilities

• Assist with flooring installations projects
• Perform stamped overlay installations and/or epoxy resin flooring systems
• Conduct all preparation works required for flooring installations
• Assist warehouse operatives with on-loading/off-loading materials and equipment
• Keep equipment clean and ready for the next job
• Prepare flooring samples for clients
• Attend various job locations for installations, mainly in themed industries
• Load out materials, mix and lay flooring systems
• Maintain a tidy and presentable job site
