In this role, you will assess operations to recommend strategic goals, objectives, or mission. You will persuade others to accept system recommendations and collaborate with managers and decision makers to solve discrepancies impacting project operations. Additionally, you will resolve issues involving budget or time constraints impacting the testing process. You will develop plans to improve team capabilities and identify training needs, ensuring team members have the tools to be productive. Analyzing project proposals to recommend changes for consistency with program objectives will also be part of your responsibilities, along with asking questions to clarify information received.
