About The Position

Interconnection Product Strategy Manager wanted by a data center and infrastructure provider in Reston, VA. Position may be performed remotely 60% of the time in the same market area (DMV area). Up to 10% travel within continental USA. Shape and execute company’s interconnection strategy and drive interconnection revenue growth by identifying customer performance gaps, enhancing visibility into key insights, and supporting upsell initiatives. Lead implementation and management of Ecosystem Strength Dashboard to track key initiatives/priorities; identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations to support interconnection revenue growth; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to identify and support interconnection upsell opportunities; leverage market research and competitive intelligence to refine the interconnection value proposition, messaging, and pricing strategy; engage with customers to gather insights and feedback that inform the interconnection product roadmap and feature enhancements; support VP of Interconnection Strategy to develop/execute key strategic priorities and initiatives across interconnection portfolio; analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the impact of interconnection programs and ensure alignment with business objectives; identify process improvement opportunities across Marketing and Product functions and make recommendations to elevate operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in job offered or in Project Development, Product or Account Management, Marketing Enablement, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence roles.
  • 5 years of experience with/using the following (which may have been obtained concurrently):
  • CRM tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI) for tracking and analyzing performance metrics
  • Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling
  • Extracting insights from data for informed decision-making and strategic planning
  • Sales operations and business process analysis
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in sales and marketing strategies

Responsibilities
