Requirements

• Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field required.
• One year of experience as a Teller on the ITM Track or in a similar role required.
• Applicable work or military experience may substitute for education (two years' experience = one year education).
• Additional education or certifications may satisfy minimum experience requirements.
• Must be bondable through TFCU’s selected authority.
• Completion of TFCU University certification required.
• Must pass required regulatory training.
• Completed Teller Capstone.

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations, privacy/confidentiality guidelines.
• Familiarity with systems such as Symitar, NCR/Enterprise, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ITM expert resource for TFCU management and employees, providing operational and procedural guidance.
• Support branches with error resolution and assist with new or changing products and services.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
• Research and correct daily operation exceptions and system errors for ITM systems.
• Balance and reconcile check deposits, investigating discrepancies and initiating corrections.
• Assist with training department personnel on ITM-related services.
