As an Interaction Studio Solutions Architect at ListEngage, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work within a multi-channel, cross-cloud Salesforce environment, leveraging your expertise in data architecture and integrations to help clients realize their 1:1 marketing vision. This involves unifying customer experiences across various platforms, including Web, Mobile App, and Email. You will engage in meaningful conversations with our customers' architects and business stakeholders, providing them with best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as system integrations, performance optimization, development processes, and application governance. In this role, you will contribute to the program vision by advising on and articulating strategies for enabling marketing and technical solutions. Your guidance will encompass integration best practices, enterprise architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture and design, environment management, and testing. You will also be responsible for complex data modeling, combining data from various sources to create a unified view of the customer. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients will be crucial as you address their ongoing and evolving needs, providing thought leadership and acting as a technical subject matter expert. You will need to manage multiple projects efficiently, demonstrating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and producing blueprints and documentation to enhance understanding of existing architecture solutions. Your passion for customer experience and digital transformation, combined with your proven track record in marketing and data operations, will be essential for success in this role.
