The Supported Housing Program provides housing and supportive services to homeless adults, chronically homeless adults, and adults at risk of homelessness. The program also serves individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI), adults aging out of foster care (AOFC), and Veterans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-need populations and the ability to respond effectively in crisis situations. This role supports participants in achieving housing stability, recovery, and increased independence through person-centered, strength-based services
