As a member of the Intensive Support Social Work Team (ISSWT) , you will engage in direct child welfare practice, including: Completing backlog assessment cases Conducting assessment initiations Supporting Family In-Home Services and Permanency Planning through visits, case planning, and related activities Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations Ensuring practice aligns with federal and state law, policy, and best practices Partnering with counties to carry cases (anticipated expansion in 2026) This role requires professionals who embody the Allies4Outcomes excellence-in-customer-service philosophy and thrive in a creative, innovative, non-governmental agency environment.
