Intensive LPN - REACH Program ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)
About The Position
NRVCS continues to make a positive impact on our community every day. Our REACH Team is growing and looking for our next Intensive LPN! As the LPN, you will work as a part of the REACH Team to provide healthcare related crisis stabilization, and prevention, supports to individuals receiving REACH therapeutic services. You will help to ensure healthcare services are coordinated across providers, while providing healthcare related training to individuals served and staff. You will be subject to the competitive benefits, and VRS membership that NRVCS offers. Multiple full-time and part-time positions available in a facility that provides 24/7 crisis stabilization supports to individuals at the REACH CTH.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- A valid Virginia Practical Nurse License (LPN) is required
- At least 2 years of applicable experience supporting individuals with behavioral health and/or developmental disabilities is required.
