Requirements
- IIH QP credential and relevant licensure required.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families with mental health or behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in community settings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities
- Provide intensive in-home therapy and support to children and families.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Meet families in their homes or community settings to provide hands-on support.
- Monitor progress and document interactions in accordance with agency policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to enhance outcomes.
