We are seeking a Case Manager (Qualified Professional or Associate Professional) to join our Child & Family Intensive In-Home (IIH) team. In this role, you will provide strength-based, community-focused support to children and families experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and community settings, promoting recovery, skill-building, and stabilization. Candidates may qualify as a Qualified Professional (QP) or Associate Professional (AP)—APs include individuals with a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (or NC-licensed RNs) who have not yet met the required MH/DD/SA experience and will work under a supervision plan until fully qualified. Pay Range: $20.00–$21.00 per hour Bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus Schedule: Full time, flexible schedule; some duties may be completed remotely. Requirements

  • To qualify under AP status (or as a QP with required experience), candidates must meet one of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree (non-human services field) plus four or more years of full-time experience with the population served.
  • Bachelor’s degree (human services field) plus two or more years of full-time experience with the population served.
  • Master’s degree (or higher) plus one or more years of full-time experience with the population served.
  • OR license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession.

Responsibilities

  • Working with children and families in the community developing healthy family systems.
  • Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community
  • Supporting at risk youth in the developing of life management skills.
  • Supporting the family in various skill building activities, including: daily and community living skills, socialization skills, adaptation skills, and behavior and anger management
  • Participating in a first responder on-call rotation system available to family and children supported by the team.
  • Performing Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals
