About The Position
Intensive Experience Program (IXP) Your Gateway to Financial Advisory Excellence Duration: 13 Weeks (March 17 - June 9, 2026) Kick off Week: March 17, Tuesday-Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in class, Metairie core office Format: Hybrid Training (In-Person + Online Components if located outside of Metairie) Investment: Comprehensive Career development program WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM UNIQUE The Magnolia Wealth Strategies IXP is more than training—it's a complete transformation experience. Requirements
- A desire to pursue your Life & Health Insurances licenses & FINRA Series 7 & 66 (we'll support you!)
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
- A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.
