The Adjunct Instructor for the Intensive English Program at Chattahoochee Technical College is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to adult learners in a non-credit setting. This role involves evaluating student progress towards their language acquisition goals and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to student attendance and performance. The instructor will prepare administrative reports that are essential for the program's operations and for making recommendations regarding students' advancement to the next level of study. Classes are scheduled in the mornings, specifically from 8:30 AM to 2:15 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 8:30 AM to 12:15 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is important to note that this position is temporary and part-time, with appointments made on a per academic term basis. The instructor will engage with students in a dynamic learning environment, utilizing various teaching methods and educational technologies to enhance the learning experience.
