Schedule: 36 hours, Day/Nights (3)-12 hour shifts, weekend and holiday rotation.

Requirements

• BSN required.
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers and ACLS required or can be completed upon hire.
• Minimum of 2 years acute care nursing experience.
• ICU experience preferred.
• CCRN preferred.
• Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients.
• Be comfortable with ventilators, pressors, multiple infusions, hemodynamic monitoring, CVVH.
• Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Advocate for patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in shared governance and quality improvement initiatives.
