Unlock your potential at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center! Job Summary and Qualifications Registered nurses provide and coordinate care for patients. The Registered nurse is responsible for collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Daily responsibilities of the Registered nurse include but are not limited  to:  assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs. TriStar StoneCrest proudly serves Rutherford County, Tennessee. Our 100 bed hospital offers complete medical care for adults and children. This includes emergency, surgical, and many other services. Our medical staff of about 500 physicians includes more than 45 specialties. Many physicians have offices on the hospital campus. Our staff is committed to providing quality patient care. Requirements

• RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
• BLS required
• Must obtain ACLS within 6 Months of hire or transfer from non-ICU area

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Specialty certification preferred
• One to two years clinical nursing preferred
• ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
• You will provide respiratory, ventilator management, and monitoring for patients.
• You will serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• You will monitor , record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• You will assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team.
