About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Coordinator to join our Community Service Agency. The Intensive Care Coordinator is an individual who provides intensive care coordination to small numbers of youth and families on the South Shore. Intensive Care Coordinators have the great responsibility of identifying families' needs and aiding them in finding the proper resources to meet their needs such as schooling, healthcare, and therapy for their young loved ones.
