About The Position

Directly responsible to a classroom teacher and the program supervisor. Provide individual/small group instruction as planned by the teacher. 5.75 hours a day Monday-Friday

Requirements

• Maintain a positive attitude towards students and the program.
• Follow the assigned work schedule.
• Develop rapport with students.
• Respect confidentiality and follow safety procedures.
• Lifting students as demonstrated by teacher and/or therapist.
• 60 earned college credit hours or Paraprofessional Certification (if you do not have these qualifications yet, please see attached certification information)
• Complete and clear all pre-employment drug testing
• Complete an Indiana background check requirement for school Personnel
