About The Position

The project is a 1-year de​ployment of a system that includes a combination of on-site hardware and cloud-hosted systems that support traveler information and travel events being managed sent to the public (via phone, web, apps, email/text).

Requirements

• Ten (10) years of professional project management experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in intelligent transportation systems
• Experience presenting information to technical and non‐technical audiences
• Must have PMP certification

• Experience establishing and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gap analysis
• Meetings/agendas (bi-weekly)
• Project operational plan
• Cutover plan
• Data conversion plan
• Design specification document
• Requirements traceability matrix
• Manual and automated testing plans, including:
• Performance testing plan
• Test scenarios
• Test results
• Onsite training (Baton Rouge), including training plan and materials
• Experience identifying and managing risks and issues associated with projects
• Experience analyzing project performance and providing recommendations for improvement
