Consulting - Technology Consulting - AI & Data - AI-Enabled Automation - Intelligent Automation Functional/Business Analyst (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1697719), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ. Work with clients to deliver solutions for intelligent automation at platform and architectural levels. Design and implement new technology-based solutions from a functional analyst perspective. Design, develop, and improve automated processes using new technologies and make recommendations to the client by working on application architecture, rationalization and enablement. Create information road map and use case definition and make digital enablement possible. Support clients in domains such as operations, front office, middle office, back office, finance and accounting, risk management, human resources and change management, business optimization and customer intelligence. Participate in projects to help clients automate their processes, proposing solutions that will enable clients to identify, prioritize, and automate current processes to be more efficient. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
  • Must have 3 years of hands-on work experience with a combination involving a minimum of four of the following: - Windows, mainframe and/or browser-based platforms - Data integration processes - Implementation of Agile methodologies and/or automation tool- specific methodologies - Relational databases and web services - Process and tools performance and scalability assessment - Data and information security - SQL development and/or administration - Process/Task Mining - Document Intelligence platforms - Natural Language Processing - Computer Vision.
  • Must have 3 years of hands-on work experience with one or a combination of Blue Prism, UiPath, and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in process mapping, solution design, development of business case(s), and oversight of development from a functional perspective, in one or a combination of the following programming tools/languages: Web, .Net, VB, Java, Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and/or similar.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in communicating with business internal and external stakeholders and client executives, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in supervising a team of professionals.
  • Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
