About The Position

The Intelligent Automation Engineer (entry level) is a key member of the Process Engineering team, responsible for designing and developing technologies that drive efficiencies across the business. This role is ideal for a technically minded individual with a background in Low-Code and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. Success in this position is measured by your ability to develop solutions that deliver measurable value to customers, while proactively contributing to technical standards, process improvements, and team performance goals.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript, etc).
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and query structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational knowledge of RPA platforms such as UiPath and Fortra Automate.
  • Foundational knowledge of Low-Code Development Platforms such as Appian, OutSystems, or n8n.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, or SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows and product enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA to ensure successful releases that meet both business and customer needs.
  • Participate fully in Agile ceremonies, helping the Scrum team achieve a 90% sprint completion rate and maintain a rollover rate below 10%.
  • Deliver quarterly strategic projects within the approved scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and address technical bottlenecks, sharing ideas to improve process efficiency and code reliability.
