About The Position
The Intelligent Automation Business Lead at Caterpillar is responsible for driving the growth of Intelligent Automation offerings across the enterprise. This role involves managing relationships with business partners to leverage automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Automation (BPA). The lead will facilitate discussions to align business needs with automation solutions, oversee onboarding processes, and manage development teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of automation initiatives.
