About The Position

Graham Technologies (GTECH) seeks an Intelligence Watch Officer to join our innovative and expanding team. As an Intelligence Watch Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting 24x7 Intelligence Operations Center (IOC) activities, providing critical intelligence information, and ensuring the IOC's efficient operation. This position requires a high level of expertise in intelligence operations, document control, and communication with senior officials.

Requirements

  • Active DOE Q
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Master's preferred). Eight (8) years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Four years of experience required, with one year of prior intelligence watch.
  • Excellent program management, business, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and the ability to effectively brief various IC officials and senior officials daily.
  • Experience with all-source information, including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, Open Source, and ELINT.
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community and specialized knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community capabilities and operations.
  • Skills in intelligence research, analysis, and production.
  • Familiarity with intelligence and national security communications systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support 24x7 Intelligence Operations Center (IOC) activities, as directed by the U.S. Government.
  • Deliver current intelligence updates to DOE-IN leadership through: Notification reports Situation reports Read books and National Security Council (NSC) books
  • Brief senior officials and authorized customer principals on late-breaking intelligence developments.
  • Receive, transmit, control, and distribute critical leadership documents.
  • Operate intelligence and national security information systems and serve as a liaison to the U.S. Intelligence Community for time-sensitive requirements.
  • Provide support to senior officials during international travel.
  • Maintain IOC equipment and operational documentation, including emergency deployment kits and departmental emergency contact lists.
  • Conduct research and analysis using intelligence, operational, and open-source information.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of briefings, papers, desk notes, responses, and slides with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage document control processes, including logging, digitizing, storing, and enforcing proper retention and disposal policies.
  • Support emergent special projects and additional mission needs.
  • Perform Executive Secretariat duties during non-business hours, as required.
