About The Position
As an Intelligence Specialist for COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU, you will play a critical role in providing oversight, assessments, and recommendations to support plans, policies, procedures, and concept development related to counterintelligence operations and activities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating information and resource requirements, decisions, authorizations, and recommendations with executive-level and senior representatives of the Department of Defense and inter-agency partners. You will be tasked with planning, developing, and coordinating operations and activities to support the integration of inter-agency partners and the conduct of joint operations in alignment with Command requirements. In this position, you will provide detailed and in-depth recommendations that factor in potential contingencies, evaluate the assumed risk of current plans, policies, and operational activities, and recommend courses of action to ensure optimum resource utilization and effective mission accomplishment. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining all required operational, supporting, and administrative documents related to the project and program. A high degree of interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, will be essential as you express technical and complex concepts in layman's terms to various stakeholders.
