About The Position

The Intelligence Specialist (Operations) serves as a Senior Cryptologic Advisor and Liaison within the Department of Defense, specifically for the INSCOM/Army Cryptologic Operations. This role involves providing expert guidance in Cryptologic training and operational planning, as well as coordinating with various Army and National Cryptologic entities to enhance intelligence operations.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Top-Secret security clearance with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
  • At least one year of specialized experience at the GS/GG-12 level in Cryptologic Intelligence Operations or Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Operations.
  • Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycles, and organizations.
  • Experience in intelligence analysis, collection, and operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with counterintelligence and threat support related to intelligence operations.
  • Familiarity with research tools such as library holdings, statistics, and maps.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Senior Cryptologic Advisor/Liaison for INSCOM/Army Cryptologic Operations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Cryptologic training and skills development.
  • Coordinate with Army and National Cryptologic entities as required.
  • Support daily planning, synchronization, and execution of Cryptologic Intelligence Operations.
