About The Position

The Intelligence Specialist position within the Department of Defense involves managing intelligence collection operations and supporting the organization in various capacities. Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
• Experience managing collection requirements in support of operations and exercises.
• Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle, and organizations.
• Ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, and maps.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in counterintelligence or threat support directly related to the position.
• Familiarity with national, theater, and military service policy regulations and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting new employees with account access and managing account access for departing employees.
• Representing the organization on national committees, subcommittees, and working groups.
• Conducting research to characterize existing collection taskings, operations, and reporting trends.
• Performing all aspects of collection management during routine and contingency operations, exercises, and special access programs.
