About The Position
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is seeking motivated individuals for our Intelligence Research Specialist (IRS) positions. The IRS researches, obtains, interprets and disseminates confidential investigative-intelligence information upon request in direct support of the investigative operations for various law enforcement agencies or criminal information networks. Ensures information obtained is accurate and released only to authorized personnel. Performs related duties as assigned. This is a competitive classification. This recruitment will be used to establish an 18-month eligibility list to fill current and future vacancies in the Phoenix area. Must successfully complete the examination process.
