As an Intelligence Operations Support or Collection and Information Manager Intelligence Professional, you will play a key role in employing, managing, organizing, and tasking collection capabilities across ground reconnaissance, Counter Intelligence and Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Measurement and Signal Intelligence (MASINT). You will apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge within the DoD. Your work will involve developing innovative solutions to a variety of moderately complex problems, working independently with some guidance, and potentially mentoring junior employees. In this role, you will receive, develop, validate, organize, prioritize, assign, request, and monitor intelligence collection requirements, including Ad Hoc Requirements (AHR) and Time Sensitive Collection Requirements (TSCR). You will develop all-source collection strategies and tracking matrices to address intelligence gaps, plan and assess ISR collection efficiency, and serve as a subject matter expert in collection requirements management at working groups and conferences. Your responsibilities will also include researching and recommending improvements to current collection and analysis procedures, managing collection plans with advanced systems and tools, coordinating with other DoD entities, and assisting in training Marines in Collection Management processes.
